Mental Health Therapist (LPC/LPC-IT) W9 Contractor)
Holistic Life Services is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists or Therapist in Training to join our team on a W9 contractor basis. In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues. As a W9 Contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work remotely or in person with clients. Some sessions may also include EAGALA method, so equine lovers are encouraged to apply, but also is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on best practices and trends in mental health therapy through continued education and training
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns is preferred
